In episode five of ‘Coping with COVID-19,’ the girls tell us about their dreams and hopes for the future.
This year, 16 girls from nine different countries used their mobile phones to record their lives during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our new five-episode series, ‘Coping with COVID-19’, shows how life has changed for these girls, including the challenges they’ve faced with access to education, gender inequality and harmful practices such as child marriage and female genital mutilation. Get to know the girls from Bangladesh, Chad, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Madagascar, Mali, Nepal and Niger, and listen to their stories.
